Tour Conditions
Ireland:
A detailed schedule/itinerary will be sent to you 30 days prior to departure. This may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather, late arrival of aircraft etc. or the order in which we view sites.
Included:
Hotel accommodation (double /triple occupancy) single occupancy available
upon request for an additional charge.
Breakfast and dinner each day, all ground transportation, transfers, porterage,
site entrance fees and gratuities. (Excluding driver)
NB Ireland has one tour that is on a bed and breakfast plus ground transportation
only.
NOT
Included: Ireland, England, Scotland and France:
Airfare, trip cancellation insurance and meals not mentioned above.
Payments
and Deposits:
A $500 deposit secures your reservation on the tour of your choice. Reservations
are accepted on a first come first serve basis, as space is limited. Full
payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
Currency
Exchange Rates:
Due to the
current climate of financial instability, we may need to add a surcharge
if the US$/Euro or US$/ STG exchange rate vary over 5%.
Cancellation and refunds:
Payments are refundable, minus $100 processing fee if cancellation is
received 60 days prior to departure. In addition to a $100* per person
administration fee, the following charges apply if a cancellation is made
before departure (per person of total tour price):

| 44 - 30 days prior to departure 50% |
| 30 days or less prior to departure or no-show No Refund. |

insurance through the WorldTravelCenter.com. Please

Responsibility
Clause:
Celtic Mystical Journeys acts as a tour operator. The suppliers providing
transportation, sightseeing arrangements and hotel accommodations for
the tour program are independent contractors and are not agents or employees
of Celtic Mystical Journeys. All coupons, receipts and tickets issued
are subject to the terms and conditions specified by suppliers. By utilizing
the service of the suppliers, you agree that Celtic Mystical Journeys
will not be liable for any change in schedule, strikes, delay, acts of
governments, fires, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical
or customs regulations, accident, loss, injury, or damage to you or to
those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation
or any other services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrence
or conditions beyond its control, including defects in vehicles, breakdown
in equipment, thefts, delay or cancellation of or changes in itinerary
for any act, omission, or event during the time you are on board the aircraft.
Neither Celtic Mystical Journeys and/or agents of the airlines concerned
are to be held responsible for the late arrival of passengers at airports
or resorts due to inclement weather, nor are they to be held liable for
payment or any refund for unused hotel accommodations or meals occasioned
by such late arrivals at the hotels holding rooms as confirmed itineraries.
Celtic Mystical Journeys and suppliers contracted for services reserve
the right to refuse to accept or retain any person whose behavior is deemed
likely to affect the smooth operations of a tour, or adversely affect
the enjoyment or safety of other passengers. Celtic Mystical Journeys,
it's agents, and suppliers shall be under no liability to any such person
for refund, compensation, repatriation or any other matters arising. Celtic
Mystical Journeys is not responsible for circumstances beyond it's control.
Trip cancellations resulting from the inability for trip to depart as
scheduled, such as cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism,
war, God, or nature.
Tour
Cancellation By Operator:
Be clearly advised that from time to time a tour departure may be cancelled
due to lack of participation. In such case, the operator's sole responsibility
is to provide a full refund. Celtic Mystical Journeys in not responsible
for conjunction tickets (not purchased from Celtic Mystical Journeys).
The operator will have no responsibility for conjunction tickets, non-refundable
or otherwise, purchased directly from Celtic Mystical Journeys, or from
and outside source. Cancellations due to state travel advisories and/or
state travel warnings, Acts of War, War, Terrorism, Acts of God, Natural
Disaster or any other circumstance outside the control of Celtic Mystical
Tours, are not the fault of Celtic Mystical Journeys. Cancellation for
any of these reasons will not be eligible for any form of refund.
