SRI
PADA MOUNTAIN (Adam's Peak) and the
INFINITY TOUR OF SRI LANKA
'The Resplendent Isle'
February 12th-20th, 2008
THE
PEACE IS STILL VERY FRAGILE AND ESPECIALLY AFTER THE TSUNAMI,
THE ISLAND NEEDS YOUR LOVE AND SUPPORT!
On
the Ides of March, 2002 the Sarvodaya
Organization (largest NGO in Sri Lanka) successfully
drew a world record crowd of 650,000 people to meditate for Peace at Anuradhapura,
the island's ancient capital. They repeated this in 2006 and this time
gathered almost 1 million islanders at the same site. After 20 years of
civil warfare the energy has now shifted sufficiently to allow a fragile
peace to be established. It is this process that Wholistic World Vision
is seeking to support and strengthen by offering annual spiritual pilgrimages
to the island's main sacred sites. As in Australia - during the Olympic
year of 2000 - we will again create an Infinity symbol over the landscape
to facilitate a heart-centered geomantic reconciliation and healing of
land and people as we travel in full conscious awareness.
The first tour in this series in February 2003 was life-transforming for
many of the participants, especially as the 'Angel of Sri Pada' greeted
us in cloud form on the mountain top at the first raising of the Aquarian
Cross! As we all know, the island underwent further suffering with the
Tsunami in December 2004. Wholistic World Vision supported the relief
effort within days of the tragedy through the above-mentioned SARVODAYA
NGO and we have many other contacts for those wishing to become involved
in rehabilitation projects for the coastal population and their surroundings.
If your heart leaps at this unique opportunity to serve our planet and
fellow human beings, then you are most welcome to join a happy band of
Lightworkers in action!
Simon Peter Fuller of Wholistic
World Vision is our guide. Simon Peter is a very special guide, author,
speaker and light worker. He lives near Avebury in the heart of the English
Sacred Sites region. His book, Rising Out of Chaos, describes
his own awakening, his work for world peace, the work of Wholistic World
Vision and his experiences traveling to major sacred sites. This wonderful
spiritual work was first published in 1994 and is now in third edition.
